2010 Shoe Trend

Hi Friends,
If you know me you know I have a Shoe Obsession!…I was searching the web and the design houses and asking my brides what shoes they are buying for their wedding day. The pictures below are the most talked about ones. Seems like the colored shoe trend is not as popular. I found out the brides are opting for the white or ecru color palette. What shoe did you buy for your wedding day? Love to know :) Enjoy the pics… Mindy

The Chanel shoes are so theatrical, I love the cute “garden romance” feeling they have to them. My sister owns the CdG sneakers! They’re MUCH better looking in person. I like your blog ^_^

    Hi Mindy,
I also have a major thing for shoes! Loving those Chanel ones…

I’m getting married in October. I’m a Scottish girl marrying an Indian.. any tips for creating a fusion of the two on the day? (including my dress) I’m thinking lots of pinks and oranges with a good sprinkling of sparkle… any advice you could give me would be gratefully received! I’m in Scotland so I can’t hire you unfortunately but I will be watching your blog for tips in the coming months!

    Hi Mindy,

Those are so fun! I love fun shoes on a wedding day, it’s a great way to feature your personality with just a small, fun touch.

I was obsessed with finding a pair of Louboutins for my big day in May but have struggled for months – so I downscaled a bit and just this weekend found not one but two really fun pairs at DSW. I wrote about the saga & included photos of both pairs:

By the way – I love your blog and your book – both have been a huge help as I am planning my big day (96 days to go!)

    P.S. I loved Pee Wee’s Playhouse, too! =)
