Hi! Had a meeting last week with a Bride. We were talking about her Wedding Gown (sounds amazing!) and she said “I’m going to get a second dress to trash”
I said, “Excuse me?” Well she went on to explain to me that she was going to David’s Bridal to buy a simple inexpensive dress so she can jump in the pool with her second wedding gown for a great picture. She continued to say that her fiance will jump in with her in his suit!
I love that….I haven’t had a bride yet that has done that…do you think after they jump I should follow them in?

Wow, Mindy, I thought “trash the dress” was so pre-recession! But it does make for some memorable wedding photography.

Thanks for featuring one of our images, Mindy. Trashing the dress is such a fun thing for a bride and groom to do after their wedding. It’s pretty popular here in Florida (with all of our gorgeous beaches) but I think it’s finally catching on all over. And we have soooo many brides buy a cheap extra dress to trash. It’s totally worth it.
