Hi we just help plan a really fun 3 year old birthday party. The theme was Little Mermaid. Our balloon artists ballooncelebrations.com designed this amazing mermaid for the pool! That same weekend I used balloons for my son’s prom and at an anniversary party for Heidi and Seal! We kept them very busy that weekend and Cindy the owner always is in a great mood.
