So many brides love the trend of chandeliers hanging over tables or the dancefloor. The cost can be so high, not just for the rental or if you are buying chandeliers but to electrify it as well can eat up a budget quickly. We came up with one treatment that really looked beautiful. We took strings of ribbon and at the bottom of each tied on a crystal. We hung these ribbons on a grid so it made it easier to hang above the dancefloor. This treatment would look great above guest seating, seating card table, in an after party or at a shower! You can use one color ribbon or multi colors. In this picture we used all white but the lighting allowed the ribbons to take on different colors…the crystals glistened and the ribbons swayed as if they were attached to a machine…a great look I had to share. Hi syd, the grid is done in fish wire or monofiliment (I think that is how you spell it) so the guests can’t see. Thanks for always looking at the blog! auntie min
